One of my ex employer has given me reference letter with Job Description as per paper work she has. She is not willing to add anything extra as she wants to go by the books. However, I had many other roles which matches my NOC. The problem is my Manager does not work there anymore but is willing to give me a letter stating the job description. Need your advise on options I can use:-

1) Use the reference letter provided by employer & attach this additional document endorsing my job roles matching my NOC. Will this raise any necessary suspicion ?

2) Not use HR reference letter at all & use only the letter provided by my Manager. I have my offer letter & a copy of email sent out by my then General Manager to the team when I left.

What will be the best scenario for someone who may have been in similar situation.
