Hi Guys,

I have to prepare few Letter of Explanation, so I am not sure if its the different letter for different purpose or 1 letter including all the issues. Do we need to prepare a LOE for the relative documents as well, because I don't have the birth certificates there and instead I am using the grade 10 copies, so should I just write a letter and attach in the same folder for relative documents.

Secondly, what should be the file size for uploading if its little over 4 MB is it still gonna work, because if I try to compress more, it comes out of a poor quality.

You need a different letter for each subject.

I'm not sure about the file size, but I believe that the maximum size is probably exactly 4 MB.

We didn't do separate letters, just one big letter detailing everything we needed to explain which included education certificates and job reference letters.

In that case, I guess it doesn't matter.

But if you're going to do 1 big letter, make sure it's as easy as possible for the VO to find the information he's looking for. So use sub-headings, etc.

Like I have an implied status my status was expired I am restoring again, so for that I have to write it down everything in the LOE ?? Any other things I have to be carful off! Standard format of the letter and whome should I address too ??

Careful - if you are "restoring" (meaning, you applied after your previous document expired), you do not have implied status.

Generally, there is no need to provide an LOE for information that is not requested.

Before the expiry I applied for study permit, but for the decision it will take time ! for that do I need LOE because they said you status needs to be valid during the process!
