Hi everyone. I just created a gckey account and it’s been a few hours already but still never got no confirmation on my email address that I put into the form while creating it. I was wondering if it is normal that I never got no confirmation even after I created my account. What I also found strange was that on the page where they ask “ Complete the following information (email address and preferred language of communication) under the Notification information section I did put my valid email address but for some reason when I press the button “update” nothing happens and that email address section is still marked in red as “required” like if I didn’t even write my email address. I was wondering if anybody else experienced it and is it normal? I even created a second gckey account thinking that maybe I messed something up with the first one but still the same thing and it’s like it doesn’t see my email address and no notifications either. I am however able to see all those options of linking an account and view submitted applications but it seems like I couldn’t get it connected with my email address. Has anybody else experienced the same issue and how usually it normally works? Thanks, any input would be appreciated!
