GCKey Still Showing Old Biometrics

Hi everyone,

My husband and I completed our biometrics on August 28 for our PR app. When I check my GCKey account, I still see my old biometrics data. However, under the “dependents” section, I noticed that my husband’s biometrics were updated on the same day we both took them.

On the IRCC Tracker, my status shows:

• Biometrics: In Progress
• Medical: Complete
• Background: In Progress

I assumed biometrics should be updated right away in GCKey, but mine hasn’t changed yet. Has anyone else experienced this delay? Is it normal, or should I be concerned?
