The mother, in Canada, has received a letter advising her that her PR application has been completed. She just has to pay for her Right of Permanent Residence fee of $490 and await the call from CIC. Our question is regarding her dependent daughter in China. Her passport has already been sent to Beijing Canadian Immigration. She is only 12 years old. Will they call her in for an interview to obtain her confirmation of permanent residence document or will they just simply mail the document to her?
