Hi guys

I have been invited to the citizenship test in 3 weeks

Long story short I can't find the original copy of my diploma from York U that I sent with the application.

I can order transcripts instead.

Questions:
1) What are the odds that they will ask for the original?
2) Is it OK if I show a transcript instead of the diploma sent with the application?
3) I did 2 years at York U before graduating (I transferred from France). Should I order transcripts for 1 year or 2?

Many thanks!!!

I would say to be on the safe side, get an official copy of your transcript and bring it. I brought my degree however she didn't want it. My C/O only check my IDs, I am however from an english speaking country so I don't know if that's why she didn't care to check.

FYI, for my interview I brought the original CELPIP language certificate with me.

Officer never asked me to show it. Probably because my spoken English is good enough.

It would be interesting to see if other candidates needed to show the language proof, and what there command of language was.
