question on generic application form, pls help

I am filling out generic form and suddenly became confused: under dependant section, do i have to include my children's passport number, marital status, education etc???????? or does this information refers to me (the principle applicant)???????? I just wonder because i have already written those information on my own part of the form. writing them again means repeating the same thing i wrote over and over again. pls help.....

Generic Application Form has to be filled by you (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT) and you will have to fill your spouse / children's details (passport number, marital status, education etc.) in the DEPENDANTs section.
