Question on BOWP

Hello Folks,

I know this has been asked a number of times before. However, I am particularly looking to hear from someone who has applied for BOWP recently (and possibly received one) while their Express Entry is being processed. Could you please let me know what document exactly is needed in order to apply for BOWP. CIC website does say that the Acknowledge of Receipt is needed that confirms that the applicant has passed the eligibility for the program and not the AOR that gets generated automatically after the e-apr submission.

Any thoughts?

Hello, I would like to share my experience with BOWP...

I applied for a BOWP at the same day that I've received the AOR (May Cool. My work permit was expired already at the time and I applied for a restoration of status with the BOWP (I could have applied for a visitor visa, but wanted to try my chances anyways).

Last week, on September 5th, my BOWP application was approved! I never received a second AOR, and I used the electronic one that CIC send right away after my EE submission.

Did you applied for BOWP online or paper application?? because I need to know is it possible to be online or not?

You can alply for BOWP online if you look at processing times for WP there is both
