my wife attended and English language training program at Newcomer Centre of Peel and then continued for a childcare program at the same centre .. is that considered as an education that should be listed under 6F? there are no transcripts or report cards, only attendance confirmation letter ..

The application states: "You must list all your work and education history including English/French language training for the past four (4) years and must account for each month."
The guide states:
"Provide photocopies of all your official education records if you attended an educational institution in the four (4) years immediately before the date of your application. Official education records are:
•report cards; or
•transcripts; or
•attendance records"
So, I would say to list them.
