My question is; what should write as an answer for the employers name? Is it the company name or the owner of the company?

I would put the company name.

Right, because they ask for your supervisor's name seperately.

Make sure you don't use any abbreviations too.
My husband works for a company that's known 90% of the time by it's initials - globally.
