Question about religious visa and leading to PR

How much must I be paid for an LMIA-exmept religious work in order to be able to able to count it towards a CEC EE application?

I have a job offer that is LMIA exempt (religious work ) (4217 - Other religious occupations -I would instruct and lead meditation at a Buddhist meditation center for people attending a buddhist meditation retreat). It would include food and board and a stipend of $500 a month. Is that a sufficiently high stipend to count as ‘paid’ work. Volunteer work doesn’t qualify for CEC EE.

Also, the other question is: must I have first worked in the job for one year in order that the job offer be valid?

My common law wife, would she automatically get an open work visa?

Does one year of religious work (NOC 4217) count towards the CEC requirements?

Will I have problems with getting my foreign work experience accepted?

Also, if the low pay would be a problem I might be able to negotiate it higher. -the money's not that big of a deal to me as I like meditation so much.

Thank you for all your input and advice
