have anyone who got his/her education from eastern europe or asia or even middle east except for israel -as they have very good education system- got his/her education assessed as equivalent to canadian one before applying to express entry or not ?
the CIC website says : If your assessment report shows that your completed foreign credential is equal to a completed Canadian one, you can include this information in your Express Entry profile. You will get points under the CRS for your highest credential found equal to a completed Canadian one.
