Question about NOD (Refugee claimant)

Hi Guys,
I had my hearing on November 6th 2023, the member said he didn’t have enough time to type his decision so he was going to send it written.
It’s been more than 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything (I didn’t have a lawyer)

whats The longest it could take to arrive?
Is there any other way I can know the decision before i

It often takes 2-4 weeks if the member has already made their decision and doesn’t need to do further research. I can take multiple months if the member wants to do further research. 2 weeks is really the earliest NOD arrive.
