Would not count on a week if an extra submission is made. A week is fast even when there is no extra submission. The lawyer has to submit the extra material, the member has to review it and then send the NOD all while doing other work. It is fairly normal for most people to get their NOD in the month after their hearing but it can also take up to months as the other poster explained.
But member seems serious about it.

Maybe you’ll get the NOD in a week but that is a very fast turnaround even without the extra submission. Sometimes in a week really means as soon as possible.
I don’t know but the member was very serious. I don’t really know what it means. The member was very sharp. Member wanted to give decision right away.

Nobody on this forum can provide any guidance as to what that means and whether they will be able to stick to the week timeline. All you can do is wait for the NOD.
