Completely understandable. I’m sure most experience the same thing. That said there is a process and your lawyer has to submit new information, the member has to review it and then make a decision and send the NOD all while doing other work so this takes time. Most receive their NOD within a month of their hearing so you are undergoing normal processing and will be told to wait for your NOD. Did your lawyer not go through a brief debrief after the hearing to tell you whether they thought things went well or not? What they want to submit?
