For our PR application, my husband and I need to submit our U.S. police records (Identity History Summary Request) because we lived in the U.S. for several years. In order to get this record, we need to have impressions of our fingerprints.
Does anyone have experience with taking his or her fingerprints on the fingerprint form? Did you have your fingerprints taken professionally by a fingerprint technician? Or did you print them at home? I think it requires a signature by a professional on the form? We live in a town in the Yukon Territory and I don’t know if they offer any fingerprint service their.
