Please help!!! I am confused now...
I'm applying th BOWP, however, there are some questions~~

1. Where should I upload the letter with File Number(AOR)?
2. Where should I upload my employment letter?
3. My CEC was rejected by CIC, so I need to say "yes" to the refused visa part right?

Thank you in advance~~

Hi Glanda,

Do you have a new AOR number using which you are applying for BOWP?
If you use the CEC AOR number which was rejected, the chances are you might not get the BOWP.

Moreover, you were not refused a visa, only PR application was rejected. So, this would not be coming under visa refused.

1. Where should I upload the letter with File Number(AOR)?

In the field that says letter of explanation or something.

2. Where should I upload my employment letter?

You don't need one?!

3. My CEC was rejected by CIC, so I need to say "yes" to the refused visa part right?

Yes, provide a letter explaining what happened and why.

Thank you in advance~~

Also follow gladakis instructions for next time you have questions.

I've seen several answers on whether the 'refused visa' question includes unsuccessful applications for immigration documents that aren't authorizations to enter the country, such as work permits. Can someone clarify this?

Not sure about this, but I would, if I was in that situation check 'yes' and provide a letter explaining what and why.
I would provide as much information as possible and leave it up to the VO to assess it.

That's what I assumed - it was one of those "better safe than sorry" deals.

Correct. I submitted as much information as possible to make it a bullet proof application :)
