Hi everyone.

I have a question about question 11.

I was unemployed and received EI for 1.5 years during the eligibility period.

here are my questions during the unemployment:

1.who is my employer?
2. what is my field?
3.where does the physically located mean? (how should answer this question for both employed and unemployed period?)
4.who is the name of contact during my employment?

You have to write unemployed, and for the physically located section put the address of your home. Name of contact should be N/A, details should be N/A too. I have no idea about EI though, i know only about being unemployed

EI is employment insurance. the above instructions is what I will recommend too.
