My first Express Entry application was rejected for being incomplete due to missing PCC.
I created a new EE application and am filling the application form post-ITA. In "application/profile details" Form, in "Statutory Questions" section there are two questions:
1. Has ***** you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
2. Has ***** ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
Should I answer Yes or No to both of these questions?
Going by my research till now, it should be NO for both questions but I am nervous about rejection now.
I am going to attach LOE anyways about earlier rejection but just wanted to be sure about answering these questions.
