Please share your experience quebec skilled worker program under new rules. I sent my application october 8, 2013 and reached montreal 10 october, 2013. still i have no update.

I didn't sit France Language test. I just submitted ielts score. without france language test score i meet the eligible.

Today i called Montreal Immigration office ( + 1 514 864-9191) regarding application update. she told me that
Acknowledgement of Receive : 4-6 Months, then
Confirmation Letter: 4 Months.

Need big heart to keep patience of wait. Lolz Grin Grin

Maximum number of applications accepted 3980 within 20,000 for Skilled Workers last on 31 October' 2013.

This is a nice thread Thomas. There's one applicant in the Montreal Bound Facebook page who submitted October 6, 2013 and got AOR last December 5. It makes me envious because I submitted October 4. I hope we all get AOR as soon as possible. :-[ :'(
