I did sent my change of address form and new born info last year but until now the new address details and my newborn details are neither updated on GC key nor in eCAS system.

Should I proceed with updating online through eCAS change of adress, but i dont know how to change thru eCAS as there are multiple options come after I select change of adress buton.

Also until now i dont know my VO location either. So if I change address thru eCAS will I come to know my VO location.

Hello Guys, Does anyone know what is the maximum time limit(approximately) for security screening? Some of our friends here are in line since 6,7,8,9 and even 10 months (inland applicants). I am stuck in this about 6 months.

Generally, It needs 1 years. There is no maximum time. I have seen an applicant in SS about 3 years.
But I heard that:
you can check your GCMS notes in every upper right corner. If you fine s15...it generally needs 12 months. But if you also find S16(1)c....generally, it needs more than 16 months for ss.
I have been in SS about 9 months, the CSIS and CBSA are still in progress...

Hey THanks a lot for the info. Yes I have s15. I wonder how come a friend of mine made the same mistake as mine and resubmit the document as mine got his PR back in January 2018. CIC even requested him 3/4 times of different missing documents. :( May its really depends on the Officer who is processing. :(

Yes
Please, how are processing times counted? Example: if my application was received on March 1st 2017 and today is March 1st 2018. Does that make 12months or 13months of processing ?

I recently paid my RPRF (2 Weeks ago). Any idea if this should get updated on My Application > Client Application Status > On-Line Services ?

All I have so far is 4 lines.
  1. We received your application for permanent residence.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application.
  3. We started processing your application.
  4. Medical results have been received.

You always have the option to withdraw your application that is being processed and apply for the new one. May be it could save you some processing time, but I am not sure, what could be its consequences.

I paid mine in October, and it doesn't show either. But when I log in to ECAS with the receipt number (instead of my application file number), I get linked back to my PR application. So I assume they got it....
