My Application Received on 02-Nov-2017.
I got AOR on 17-Feb-2017.
but i can't link application with use of UCI & Application Number. I also tried with Family Name, Given Name, DOB but it shows "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications"

what can i do? please suggest me?

Just wait, this is completely normal. Took my application around a week (a little more) after AOR to show up on ecas.

There is an option to recover your account using your email . Click on forget your password in the login page and enter then your email to recover the user name and password.

Try to sign up with new username and password "using different email" and then link the file with the account.

I think that is the only solution if you can not remember your security questions

Great news!! Me too, it changed on friday, but I was not able to post until now. ECAS only says "received". Hopefully this means RPRF (and, in my case, PCC request) are around the corner. My timeline is in my signature.

Subject: "Approved PR by Ottawa for inland applicant and VISA from an office outside Canada"

I have recently received PPR from Ottawa. I am an inland applicant but am temporarily in Europe. Part of the email from Ottawa states that someone may request from Ottawa to receive the PR VISA and COPR from another office. I would like to know if any person has had the same experience.

"If you do not have a mailing address in Canada or the U.S.A, or if you are unable to submit the required documentation for you or your accompanying family members to the addresses below, please send an email to us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so that we can send you instructions for submitting your documents to a visa office which is the most convenient for you. Please note that our office will not return passports to an address outside North America."

I would be truly thankful if you could share your experience.
