Dear all,

I have a question, in the photo requirement part, it says that "include 2 photos for each family member whether accompanying or not", does it mean that we need to include photos of each member of our family? We are common law partner.

Another is the mailing part, in the document checklist, it says include 2 self-addressed mailing labels, what is that? Many thanks!

1. As I know, if you include your common law partner name as non-accompanying member or accompanying member, you will need to give picture.

2. It is just a mailing address of you in A4 sheet (English and your native language)

Thanks Hoback ! Yes it came via email and ECAS also changed to 'DECISION MADE'. I have already sent passport to Ottawa. Will flagpole the day I get my passport back. Will update those timelines here as I go along

I applied for federal stage after CSQ received in May, 2016. My application delivered at CIO dated: May 30, 2016. My credit card was charged in July 13, 2016. Now its more than 40 days since card is charged and i haven't received AOR from CIO. does anyone with similar situation. can anyone tell me is it normal? if not then whom should i contact. please share your experience.

Don't get worked up. You are still within the normal time.
Usually AOR for federal is up to 4 months from date of receipt of application. Yours was May 30, 2016. So September 30th should be your due date to receive AOR. Good news is your card has been debited. So grab a chill drink and wait for the AOR which will surely come in the coming weeks as the summer fades out. Patience is the word.
