I can not link my application . all information is correct but same error:

Based on the information you entered, we found: no applications.
What do I do next?
You can:
• go back and try again, as you may have made a mistake entering your information
• wait 24 hours, as sometimes it can take time for applications to be entered into our system

You can only try to link an application 5 times in 24 hours

This is unfortunate...call CIC

Hi there ! when you get to the part where you can link your application to the account that you just created select : Application number & UCI enter those, leave country and city of birth blank and put 1 in the section where you are asked for the number of family members regardless of the number of people in your family . That worked for me !

Dear all,

I have a question, in the photo requirement part, it says that "include 2 photos for each family member whether accompanying or not", does it mean that we need to include photos of each member of our family? We are common law partner.

Another is the mailing part, in the document checklist, it says include 2 self-addressed mailing labels, what is that? Many thanks!
