How long does it usally take for ecas to update my status from 'in process' to 'medical results received'?

I received a request for payment of RPRF and medical request on March 22, 2016. Paid for the fee the day after and had the medical exams a few days later. The receipt number for the RPRF is now associated with my account, but until now, more than a month after, CIC still hasn't received my medical results. My visa office is Manila.

Any insights would be very helpful. Thanks

Here is my time line :
1 documents received on 25/06/2015
2-AOR on 6/08/2015
3-started to process your file on 18/08/2015

However:
I paid my RPRF on 11/2015
I received my medical request on 21/01/2016
I sent my medical examination on 04/02/2016 (e-medical)
And nothing changed in my time line till now - still in process

I am still waiting for any updates

I am applying from Egypt
I am not sure about my processing center .... I received my AOR letter from Sydney , but I received my medical request from Ottawa!!!
I think it will be Sydney

Hey Guys,

I have a little issue going on and need your opinion.

I am expecting to get PPR anytime but I got a job offer in Toronto. Do u think I should move to Toronto and once I get PPR I will come for landing. I know it's not an appropriate option to move until I get PR card but I have been trying to integrate in Quebec and find a job here for almost an year ended up nothing now that I have a Job offer in hand, I don't wanna miss this opportunity. Do u think I can defend my case if I will get into legal action taken from CIC on that? If yes then how?

I have got my csq and preparing for apply federal.
My question is that when I came to canada on student visa that time my agent from my country he did not mentioned my work experience in student visa application.

I have applied csq and I mentioned my that work experience and I got csq.vat may cic can give any problem because I didn't show that experience at my study visa?

I got the request to pay 490CAD for RPRF and medical examination.
I did it last week. Now my status online is: medicals received.
but there is nothing about the RPRF payment.

should I print out the receipt of payment for the RPRF and send it with post to my visa office ? its Warsaw.

I think you should send them through online form or by post too.

By the way, where are you from? What is your federal timeline in details?
