3. Medical request: March 10, 2016
4. Paid Right of landing fee plus email the PCC on March 22, 2016
5. Medical received: May 5, 2016
6. Passport request: May 6, 2016

Now waiting for passport to send back to me with Visa.

All of you look really advance, I just recived my CSQ on the 29th of April and now im gathering all document to send them to Federal hoppefully soon Ill be like as advance as all of you ;D

Yes, place it there with the start date, and no end date.
If not, they will likely want to know what you are currently doing if you are not working.
