I received the AOR and got the file number yesterday.
However, I just tried to check my status on CAS, but it says We can not identify your application..
This means the CIC has not updated their data ? It seems that they update data every tuesday ?

I need to wait days to be added and updated in CAS ?

Wait few days and try then. It takes a while before you can see the progress of your application online

I received Passport request today and though i have to still send it, the ecas status has changed from In Process to Decision Made. Does this happen this way?

You are very lucky, my friend.
Usually ECAS status is changed to Decision Made and after that they send PPR request to applicant. I have only heard of some applicants receiving PPR request first, like you. So, don’t worry.

i applied on 10 July 2015 And received AOR on 18 Sep 2015 And still waiting for MR (Ottawa visa Office).... is anyone with same timeline And still waiting?
