Not sure how far it is true but this theory excites me.

As the pending files clear and hoping by Jun 2021, AORs should start rolling out and rest of the applications should be around 3000?? (Needs correction) could be processed in 6 or less months. If god forbid some of our applications are incomplete and requires additonal documentation then that number could reduce further and fully complete applications could be peocessed quicker.

If the nukbers lineup according to my calculation then late 2019 applicants and early 2020 applicants can see COPRs by December this year.

May be i'm deaming but i beleive there is a relief from all the hardships of 2020 in 2021.
Any other comment from our specialists here for the above theory?
It sounds interesting...

I'm not a specialist, but who told you that there are only 3 000 applications left? That's very low, you need to add another 0 to be more realistic.
I think that Quebec issued less CSQ's recently and may be that will clear up the pile but still I'm not an optimist. They cut most of the educational programs and also requires 2 years of experience in the domain of studies before apply for CSQ since January 2021. But we have a lot of applicants from 2019 and 2020 waiting. I'm sure that they are way more than 3 000.
The COVID delay is huge and if they don't increase the working force I don't see any blue skies in the near future. In my opinion they don't have the resources to do it. The nearest relief will be probably second half of 2022 if you ask me.

A breakthrough will be that AORs are released to the applicants from July 2019 onwards.
Otherwise, the theory stays as a dream.

I'm really tired of waiting so I found a site which explains in details the hole screening process. It's CBSA which conducts the hole screening process with the assistance of CSIS. If you are interesting: https://www.getgcms.com/blog/what-is-security-screening-comprehensive-guide/#3-how-is-security-screening-done

I'm stuck in security check and IRCC keeps telling me that they are waiting for clearance on security. They told me that it's probably CSIS causing the delay. I requested GCMS from CSIS and turns out that a long, long time ago they gave recommendation to CBSA, it took them 1.5 months to send the response. The other link on the chain is CBSA, so probably they are going to tell me that I have to wait because they are waiting for someone else :) It's a vicious cycle with no exit, just because someone decided to red flag my file. Long story short: I'm waiting...
Thanks for the info. I understand you are tired of waiting after so long :-(
I am asking in case I need to do the same, as it looks like my application will be delayed more than those expected 26 months, unfortunately.

Hello Guys

My application was received by IRCC Nova Scotia office on Dec 2020 and i got an XEP number in Jan first week

Since i did not send my PCC with the application what is your recommendation on when to send these?

1. Should i apply for PCC now (India and US) and send it to IRCC as an additional package

Or

2. Should i wait for IRCC request for PCC and then apply for the same

Any feedback is much appreciated.

Thank you

I believe you can send it as additional package, but If it expires at their side the will ask you to redo it again, but not always happens to expire.

Unfortunately, I don't think that what I make will change my fortune :)

I made a complain to CBSA and today I received this:

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) “Contact Us” is available for the public to ask general questions about the programs and services offered by the CBSA. For privacy and security reasons, the CBSA does not answer e-mails regarding personal or business customs cases, immigration-related situations, or third party requests. Information is provided in a general context only.

It's internal matter apparently, but they can not refuse to send me the GCMS notes.

If they are valid in the day of arrival it's not your problem anymore. All of my PC are expired long time ago but I passed my criminality. I heard that even if they are expired but you no longer live in the country of interest they can accept them.

I don't understand why some people complicate their life with PC and not sending them in the beginning. You should upload PC scans in your online account and mail the originals at the same time.

What GCMS notes exactly can tell us ? I mean what kind of information regarding our application process and how to request it?
Thanks

I never requested GCMS notes from CBSA before, but normally they should contain the dates and work done on your file.

Hello, are you working in the medical services? Did you get any priority in the process of your application? And which country you are originally from? And which immigration program you applied for?
Thanks
I didn’t get any priority and I am not working in medical services. I am from India and applied for QWSP.
