Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Discussion in 'Quebec Immigration' started by quebec100, Jun 2, 2015.

  1. In what way does your Diabetes affect the community in Canada?

  2. If you did something illegal, if you worked with illegal documents, if you stayed illegally in Quebec/Canada that is a problem, otherwise stop worry about it!

  3. Thanks for information

  4. A friend of mine who applied in Dec 2017 got his MR in July 2019. So your case isn't surprising. Don't worry, you will get Medical Request very soon, which most likely will be immediately followed by DM.

    BIOMETRIC SUBMITTED APRIL 2019

    Now.... what's next?
    can you help please

  6. Long way to go, some Dec 2017 applicants are still waiting for the PPR. Count 22 months from January, but it differs it may be less than 22 months! Good luck!

  7. Where is the correct place to change the applicant's address information? IRCC Webform or eCAS?

    • When I log in to eCAS to change my address, I see Canadian Home and Mailing address titles in that changing form page. It is auto-filled with my homeland address which is not from Canada.

    • It is clearly stated that IRCC Webform is for the applicants who are applying from Canada INSIDE. But I am OUTLAND applicant.

    • When I chose the OUTLAND option, it tells me to change my address via the Canadian Visa Office serving my region.

  8. You can use the webform.

  9. I suggest you check this document and add your timelines if you still have not added.
It may give you an idea about processing times and their durations.
Some early applicants from 2018 and nearly all applicants from 2017 already got their DM.

  10. Thanks. Do I need any document while changing my address as proof?
I called IRCC, they told me that there is no need to upload anything but I am not sure.

  11. Based on my own experience- no need!

  12. Too bad, just continue praying. Anyways, maybe after your MR, you’ll get the PPR/ DM.

  13. I think they decided to ask for MR later since the overall processing time went up. If they still kept asking early (within 5-6 months of app received), the medicals would expire and they would have to ask everyone (especially outland applicants) for re-medicals. So in some ways it'll save the applicants time and money if MR is later in the process and re-medicals are not required.

  14. That’s completely true! Early medicals is a disadvantage since it will cost you for the remedicals!
