Here's my timeline so far:
Inland applicant.
CSQ Received: 23 Oct 2020
Federal Application sent to Sydney, NS
Federal App Sent: 11 Dec 2020
XEP Received: 04 Jan 2021

Hi ,
I’m new here and recently sent my PR application to NS
Here is my timeline
CSQ received ,05 November 2020
Application sent to NS , 2 feb 2021
Application received, 5 feb 2021 (as per Canada post tracking )
I don’t receive any confirmation whether they receive my application or not.
May I know guys that when I can expect to get reply from federal.

Hey guys !
I hope everyone is doing well ! I requested my ATIP notes in January. I only received a temporary AOR in December 7th.
The only section that started was criminality and a note from the agent saying that “I didn’t fill Box 2 on IMMM0008 right but that the documentation supported a QSW application and was sent for further processing”.

do you think it’s safe to say that they won’t return my application for a missing signature/ missing document ?

The temporary AOR (one with XEP number) is sent to the provided email id in about a couple of weeks of getting the application. It is just an acknowledgment of receiving the package and verifying payment and signatures. The XEP number is not really useful for any intents and purposes.
Lookout for an email from
CPCS Client Notification / Notification du client CTSD (IRCC)

Hi, I sent my PR application on 3 Feb 2021 and delivered it (Canada post tracking) Today (10 Feb). Did you receive the signature confirmation from IRCC (I didn't receive)?

Does anyone know when we are going to send the document to the federal it is mandatory to have a valid visa ( label visa ) on our passport or just we can send our work permit for proof status?

Hey hoseinbaradaran,

For every item that is in checklist you can send a Letter of Explanation if you cannot supply the original item requested. You may also supply documents in lieu of the original along with your letter of explanation.
Depending on your letter, reason mentioned therein and the alternative documents supplied the visa officer would make a determination.
I had a similar case as yours because I lost my passport with Canadian Visa in it. Unfortunately I did not have a copy of the visa.
So I mentioned the fact in the letter of explanation and attached the police report. I also attached the Work Permit and RAMQ as they were issued based on the visa. In the letter I also mentioned that a lost TRV counterfoil can not be obtained while in Canada based on the information provided by IRCC.
Given that IRCC should have all my immigration records I hope it would be sufficient to satisfy the Visa Officer since WP does establish status.
When my WP renews in next few months then I can apply for a new visa while still in Canada so probably I would get that before my case starts to process. If Visa Officer does ask for the Visa I can provide the new one at that point.

Also in your case if your visa is expired and you did not get a new one it should be okay to send in the copy of expired visa with explanation that your WP renewed but you did not renew the visa as you do not plan to travel out of the country.

Here is mine

Oct 13, 2020 - CSQ approved and received in Mon Project.
Oct 14, 2020 - Sent documents for PR to Sydney Office.
Oct 21, 2020 - Documents delivered to Sydney office by Canada Post.
Dec 7, 2020 - Temporary AOR email from IRCC with XEP number.
