Hey there,
I expressed my interest in CSQ through Arrima in March 2020 and I received it in October 2020.
The times might vary though. After having a year of full-time job I submitted also a valid VJO which gives priority to the whole process.
At that period we were 12 people that got invited and we all had VJO.

He is outland so he won't be selected... He must find a job offer first or try the EE for another province.

I know some people that got selected that way being abroad and applied through Quebec skilled worker.
They had to pass the French test though and also the whole process took like 2-3 years.

There is no invitation for outland people since the launch of Arrima (except for those with a validate job offer)

I called today to Canadian immigration today to ask about my application if they have received so they have given me the XEP number.

In QSWP, Can we link application to IRCC's GCKey account through XEP number?

I just saw on Facebook that someone was able to link their application using their XEP number, he said to just take the X out and it would work.

I just tried, it doesn't work.
I tried with my UCI and Name; the system can't find my application.

Ok, I think it is a rarity. The person said his application is at 80% completion. Perhaps if the application is way advanced. I dont know. Just a guess.

You can do it when they start to process your application.

The number is just for people inside Canada.

Is there any visibility regarding PR applications being processed based on application date. So if we know that currently they are processing applications from Dec 2019 then we know it would be a while before they pick up application from late 2020 and so on. I looked at several IRCC program updates but could not locate this information.

Unfortunately , there is no system to track that , we just know form groups that they started sending ARs for people sent their Files (Jan/Feb 2020 )

It helps to know that. That means hopefully they would be able to send AOR for end of 2020 applications by end of 2021.

I think we will get it early by Aug/Sep2021, as number of CSQs issued by MIFI were less than normal between March2020 & June2020 due to pandemic, so i believe the number of PR applications also were less than the normal
