This is kinda tricky. Sabi kasi dun sa Documents Submitted in support of the Application for Selection Certificate, sa #24: To certify the legality of our work experience, we need to submit either SSS or ITR (kung both, much better). I don't want to give you false hopes nor discourage you. Not sure if we have friends here who had done the same (submit w/o sss or itr). You may want to consider seeking professional advice (i.e. consultancy firm) for this. Otherwise, let's hope we hear from others as well.

Tama ung sabi ni boss chips. Kahit ano. Sa address in french ko sinend, um-okay naman, not sure lang if that's the reason why I received an AOR in french?? Hehe..

Hindi ba dapat magkasabay? Ung manager's check/cashier's check na kinuha ko sa BPI (Alabang Town Center) eh kasabay sa application forms ko. Yung AOR na naeceive ko, sa 1st page eh to acknowledge that they have received my forms, while 2nd page is to acknowledge that they have received my payment.

Aww.. pray tayo mabuti. Nakita ko dun, strictly implemented ang pagsoli ng incomplete files. Pero nakita ko din na if additional documents are required in order to review your file, you will be given 60 days to submit them.

May isesend sila syo na letter tas dun magbibilang ng 60 days. Basta, don't lose hope. Walang guarantee na kung ihahabol mo ung missing file eh iaaccept nila etc etc. Kung okay lang sayo to spend money again on courier fee without assurance that it will work, go lang.. but if not, you may just wait tapos dasal ng madami.. kung ibalik, kumpletuhin na lang. Cheer up. Kaya yan..

Question po lalo na sa mga seniors na Nurses,.. pwede po ba ako magrequest, pede po ba malaman yung Breakdown nang Forms from the website na nagamit nyo. Bale ilang forms po lahat ano-ano po yun? validate ko lang po yung mga forms na naFill up ko for submission..naNinigurado lang po ako na wla po ako nakalimutan.. Maraming maraming salamat po!
