Technically, if you are single, you could leave it blank. But I enlisted my immediate family members with my app.

Haha, dinouble check ko pa tlga kasi baka naduling lng ako haha... Kung ipapasa mu yung higschool diploma mu kailangan mu ng patunay kung paanu mo na obtain yun sa pamamagitan ng highscool transcript mu, Pero ganun tlga intindi ko. But don't worry merong nkapagpasa dito sa forum na walang form 137 na meron ng AOR. Hindi ko alm kung sa thread na to o sa ibang thread. Chill lang lulusot yan...
Getting AOR does not guarantee anything. You might pass the first stage of assessment, but what about the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and so on... Ipasa mo na lahat ng pwedeng ipasa para may peace of mind. :)

Sorry, I don't know how, but I passed my papers last 0ct. 3, 2013. And received my AOR last january and is dated Dec. 17, 2014. :)

Getting AOR does not guarantee anything. You might pass the first stage of assessment, but what about the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and so on... Ipasa mo na lahat ng pwedeng ipasa para may peace of mind. :)

Hi Everyone! Newbie here. Our application was received by MICC last January 28, 2014 and we are waiting for our AOR. I hope lahat tayo makalipad. :D God bless us all.
