No. Eligibility is a part of federal process, in which you have to sign schedule 5 and prove that u intend to live in Quebec. This is done after med exam, security and criminal marked as pass (for CIO office applicant. Im not sure about the cpp applicant). Med exam is done by a department in ottawa also. Im not sure about the other 2. Mine only requires rcmp and they do it themselves. I dont send any police certificate. When ur file is in process on ecas (assume it up to date), your file has passed all the requirement and collecting dirt somewhere waiting. Gluck

U lived in quebec before (works or study), u have friends or relative here, u have job offer, u have good level of french, etc.

i want to know can i apply for CSQ in regular program ....if YES then whats the rough processing times for the candidates applied under new rules because nothing is mentioned on the website.....

I'm not sure about processing times but one thing is sure: you need to know some French. I also think you should apply under the PEQ program for graduates not as worker, because it's not point based.

Letter dated Nov. 14th, sent on 15th and received on Monday

I'll be validating it on Dec. 3rd when I get back from vacation

Congrats! Eventually you got it before your vacation. So how long it took you?

I just got PPR OMG

Hi everybody, it seems the OttPilot starts working faster this period (November), maybe it is because Christmas is approaching!

Good news keeps coming since last week, one friend submitted the application on Feb. 20th, 2013, and got the passport request (PPR) on Nov. 14th, 2013;

One submitted the application on April 5th, 2013, and received the PPR on Nov. 18th, 2013 yesterday.

And eurmione is even faster!! AOR Received.: June 5, 2013 and PPR today on Nov. 19th, 2013!!!! Within 5 months for the Federal part~That's really encouraging!!

Eurmione, did you make some magic tricks to make them work faster than ever?

BTW, what is "CORP"?

Did you get your passport back within 3 weeks? Which express post you use to send in passport?
