don't worry friend you will definitely get csq please consult to any expert for tax documents i think you should fill return and send them also take letter from tax Department.

Hello I applied in Apr-2015. They took my fees and got file number. No other update so far. My file number starts with H. The files currently under process shown in the tracking page(Current processing times) start with C. QSW is like a pension plan for me. I can enjoy my retirement in Quebec

If you applied from India in 4/2015, I wouldn't expect you to get an update before 9/2018; current quoted timeline is 41 months for the document verification stage...

They want either a notice of assessment from your country's tax department/ministry showing you have filed tax returns (& paid) or a letter from the same department confirming that you are tax-exempt. These documents should be notarized according to the requirements specified on the Immigration Quebec website.
