Please advise that, I have done Chemical engineering in 2005, almost more than 5 years before. So guide me I would get any point for training or not . While i have experience around 5 years, which is related to my degree

If your experience is related to degree then u will get 10points for your studies and 6 points for your area of training.

Since my wife and myself are both Christians, we can produce our baptism certificate to the respective municipalities and get a non availability certificate. For a birth certificate from the municipality the rule is to register within one year of birth. Since our days in early '80 computerization or such system did not exist in Calcutta or our parents did not know about it . So please advice whether a no availability certificate from the municipality along with present baptism certificate will serve the purpose.

FRench class/ exam = not yet

Because u have degree in nursing which is in priority so I hope u will get your pr within one year.

As per your points 12 for master degree.12 for your area of training (nursing in priority) 6points for your experience , 16 for your age and 5points for your English.

U can send your application now but take admission in French class in alliance francais in your country and send your admission receipt with your application.

U need 49 points to qualify and u r scoring more then that so u can apply any time.

is there a way to stop process of quebec skilled worker, immigration.??
if the process is already running.
mine is the case,, where i hve got my aor 6 months back. still get no response on this.
i am no more intrested in doing this as its too long to wait, kindly please somebody guide.
i would be very thankful to you.

if you leave any of their letters unresponded they gonna drop your case after 90 days

also you can try to send them letter with your file number asking to drop it

but why you wanna stop it since you've already paid for it and if you have AOR it means they have all documents they need

Stngr is right why do want to do that? They are not gonna refund your application fees so it is better to put it in standby and wait .

any body here please let me know how many points i would get for education in Quebec skilled worker program.
I have done 2 year Bachelor in arts after that i did 2 years masters in computer science.
My total education is 16 years from university. 2 years in Arts and 2 years in Computer science.

please any body let me know how much points should i claim on Quebec Immigration site

actually i m going through a consultant, who said I wd get response from them maximum in 4 months.
but now he is not answering properly and just keeps on bluffing.
I am not so sure wats gonna ahppen. so i think better to quit.
