I wanted to apply for the Quebec immigration. My Profile is as below, Please access it and help me further in this regards.

Age - 28 years
Education - BSC(Computer Application) and MCA(Masters of Computer application)

Does my intern ship for 6 months during my Master degree will be counted for experience

Experience - 3.7 years in Software Testing

IELTS - have to Appear

French:- Have to Appear

Martial Status:- Single

I have also below 2 queries

1. Do we need Ielts and french certificate at the Start of our Process means very first day of applying for the Process

2. what will be Processing Time in this case.

3. Upto which level i will need to Clear the French Exam.

When we apply under the Quebec Skilled workers Program do we needs General IELTS or Academic IELTS and whether scores in all the modules are countable or only for speaking and Listening is countable as per as the scores awarded under Language Proficiency

The funds which we need to show to claim 1 Point that should be old funds like 6 months old fixed deposit or also we can show the current funds too .

I have 1 Doubt like rite now i need to go through with the IELTS & French exam may be it can take upto 2-3 months after that only i can apply my case so whether till that time my occupation will be there under the skilled workers occupation list , i am working as a software tester with one of the Top most IT company in India.

Experience: 2.5 years (in field of HR, Retail and SAP consulting)
Age: 26
IELTS: (academic)over all 8- but validity expired
French: planning to write DELF A1 in 2 months
Marital status: single

Please guide me, whether I am eligible to apply.

Thanks for your help, really appreciated. I have following queries regarding my case :-

1) I have worked as Programmer (Java) in the field of software support for 2 years and Assistant software Engineer(Test analyst) for 1.5 years. I think my experience is directly related to my field of study and will fetch me work experience point??

2) I have done academic IELTS instead of general training. Is it OK?

3) My husband completed and awarded his MSc in November 2009. So is it OK for us to claim points for this because degree has been awarded within 5 years prior to submission of application.
