i want to say to you hope so right. some reason
1. quebec not receive whatever a new application to august 2018
2. i knew some the same our case. had MR and crime check and landing. average processing time about 20 month from c.i.c received application . even have who is receive it only ten month. ( may be about lucky) and in 2018 will be faster
3. in 2018 canada received 310.000 immigrant ( the first skill worker. the second economy..... )
4. me and you waited more ten month.
this all the reason. i guess this year we will finished.

I hope so. Praying for us both.

3/8/2013: Docs to Hong Kong
14/7/2016: Interview at MIDI and CSQ issued
26/10/2016 : sent docs to Nova
19/1/ 2017: Received mail that docs received by Sing office n process
14/12/2017,i emailed to IRCC to ask about application ,then
20/3/2018: Request to update Police clearance 2 n update some forms
5/4/2018: sent
Till upto now ,no news

oh where do you live in vietnam. my case the same you. but after you six month. ( my application in process july 2017 ).
i also in vietnamese. i got csq april 2017. sent document to Nova scotia june 2017 and get AOR . your case only wait Medical request and passport request to finished. good luck to you !

Hello, seeing yr name, i know u r vietnamese !! U living in HCM or HN ? I am in Nha Trang !! Nice to meet you and all friends here!!
As my friend timeline, almost of them landed ! They getting lawyer prepaired docs, so think it more clearly! My application was prepaired by myself ,so i don't know how !!! Hopefully, its going soon soon !!
I think, if one year passed no news ,you emailed them to ask your application ,first to show that u think,worry and get intension to live in Quebec, secondly to make remind !

Hi, I don’t think it’s possible to get GCMS notes until you are either living in Canada or your consultant applies for you if you are applying as Outland. I know you have applied independently so that’s out. Do you have any friends or family in Canada that can apply on your behalf?

do you have MR ? i think that in 2018. we will to have MR and PPR. because average processing time entrepreneur quebec after AOR 18 - 24 month. some my friend sumited the same time me to got MR three day ago and waiting PPR . all we can do the wait and patience. good luck to you.
