Hi all,
I have one more question about the area of training.

My education is as follows:
MBA in UK - 12 points
Bachelor degree in Accounting (in Colombia)
and I also have a post study degree (1.5 year specialization) in finance from Colombia

Would it be possible to claim 12 or 16 points with the finance specialization???

I hope you can help me with this one as well.

Thank you :)

Some interesting information that I found concerning CSQ... If the information is accurate I guess things should go faster after BIQ's are done with applications received prior Dec-2011

Yup, it's true, but the exact data for skilled worker csq is 34,285. But the overall target of all the categories for 2012 has been achieved i.e 55,036 and the fixed target was between 51,700 to 55,800.

Nowadays it will take nearly 4 to 6 months to get your AOR. Normally application fee will be charged first.
Friend, how come you sent your application without IELTS and DELF scores? can one do it? wont it have any issues later?

Bon jour a tous!

I have submitted my documents for skilled worker program on October 19, 2012 to Hong Kong office. I received the AOR on March 26,2013. I guess it might take long to get an interview call. (Some of my friends who submitted applications in 2011 are still awaiting an interview call and their status is 'in progress').
I completed MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) and have around 8 years professional experience, My husband too has a similar profile and we have our daughter of 2 years.

At present I am learning French as I got to hear that interview will be in FR.
I have proficiency in English (IELTS - band eight) and submitted DELF A1 (only elementary level proficiency).
Can someone guide me how the interview is going to be ? Is that going to be in FR? if yes, how long it can be?

Thank you all!
Suja

They said that I needed to call them as my application requires special handling. I'll call them Monday. Has anyone have any idea what this means? I'm afraid that my application got rejected... :(

send me your email to my inbox and i will send you a file of expected questions in french ..
the interview can be 30-90 minutes, and can be done in any language but if you claim french you should show your level ..
however, it is said that only the certificates will contribute in the judgement, at least after the new rules in december 2012, but anyways you should show some interest in the language ...
