Good news guys. I spoke to an agent now and they said our CSQ is also approved on 7th May. But he said we will have to wait 15 days to receive it in mail.

Another update. Received the CSQ in mail sometime back.
CSQ approval date - May 07, 2020
CSQ received date - May 14, 2020.

I tried but couldn't get through. Don't know what to do.Trying to reach MIFI and can't even reach the automatic optionsline is busy
My AOR for CSQ is November 27th, they said they started to process it on March 11th, called today and they said its still in process.
