Qubec selection certificate

Hello Seniors,

I am new to this forum, I would like to know how many marks I should get to get Qubec selection certificate , I have already send my application and DELF + IELTS to Immigration, provided they have confirmed that they have received them.

How many days normally it takes to get the Qubec Selection Certificate.
