You are in a queue waiting your turn. Have you been comparing your timeline to others in Quebec who applied at a similar date?There isn’t a strict chronological order but that will give you the best idea of where you are in the queue. In general Canada except Quebec and Quebec don’t have a limit on how many asylum cases they approve but there is a yearly target for how many PRs are approved who are protected people or refugees (privately and government sponsored. There is a huge pool of people now waiting for a relatively small number of spots leading to an ever increasing processing times inside and outside Quebec. I’m sure it’s frustrating but that is why processing times are so long and getting longer.

i don’t find anyone, here I see people waiting from April 2021 and I applied in December 2021, is there any other way I can find out other people's timelines? thank you for all your help!!

There must be other groups/forums online or look under Quebec immigration.

Spouse is November 2021 applicant. Got FD. P1 on 17th October. Waiting for P2 and Ecopr.
On 15th October when we checked tracker it said we had 5 months to wait and almost 3000 people in queue ahead of us. Yet story changed 2 days after. Keep fingers crossed.

P2 received on 28th Oct. Responded and sent digital photo on 29th. Now waiting for Ecopr patiently.

Anyone still waiting since 2021?

Hi, I applied for MY mother PR from Quebec under H and C.
Application Applied: June 2023
She got AIP in August 2025 and all requested documents were sent.

Any clue when her CSQ will be initiated as i live in Quebec.

I contacted through the MO and she replied that all Claerances are done but its pending to transfer to MIFI due to Quota

Could be a very long time depending on how many people are ahead of her in the queue. We also don’t know what reforms are going to be made to H&C and if the program is culled what will happen to applicants with AIP.
