Hi vinc,

Hope you recieve your med request soon. Do you know any inland applicants who have recieved their medical request in 1-2 weeks as i couldn't find anyone. As people who recieved there Aor in March/April are still waiting so don't worry you'll recieve it soon and PPR will follow in another couple of weeks.
I think the original poster of this thread did. Hopefully we all receive ours soon! Still nothing on our end :/

Anyone else with a timeline like mine (applied in november, AOR in march) who still hasn't gotten MR?

Got this email today for my girlfriend's application and we have a few questions:

First- Is this a bad sign or just a reminder email everyone gets?

Second- We didn't send PCCs with the application because she only lived in Canada since the age of 18. Does this mean we have to send PCCs for Canada or would that request come separately?

Third- Is this the RPRF request or does that come later? We just paid RPRF anyway, just in case.

Fourth- Since we sent the application, she got a job offer. Does that mean we need to send an updated schedule A or is it truly just supposed to fill in her history until the application was initially sent? Do we need to keep sending new versions of this in until we get her PR?

Thanks in advance, email is below!
THIS IS A REMINDER EMAIL - PLEASE READ EACH SECTION CAREFULLY TO SEE IF IT APPLIES TO YOUR APPLICATION.
FOR ANY DOCUMENTATION OR CORRESPONDENCE YOU SEND, PLEASE INCLUDE A COVER PAGE THAT LISTS YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, UCI AND APPLICATION NUMBER.

PASSPORTS
Passports for you and all accompanying family members must be valid at the time of visa issuance. If your passports have expired or will be expiring within the next 6 months, you must apply for new passports as soon as possible. You can send a Copy of the Biodata Page (page with photograph and name) to the following addresses below.

POLICE CERTIFICATES
If you have not already done so, provide Original Police Certificates from each country and territory where you lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18, for you and all family members over 18. If you delay in sending in these police certificates your application will be delayed.

MISSING SCHEDULE A INFORMATION
If you have a copy of the application you submitted please review the application in particular the schedule A Background information. Section 8 Personal History and Section 12 Addresses must cover the 10 year history prior to your submitting your application or beginning at the age of 18 whichever is the most recent. If you left gaps in the dates and they do not cover the entire period send in a newly completed Schedule A to provide complete information. If there are gaps in your personal history or gaps in your address history your application will be delayed.

RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE (RPRF)
This is reminder that if your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding, you must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE YOU CAN IGNORE THIS LETTER.

I think it's just an automatic email sent after a cetain period of time.
It doesn't seem like it requires any action to be taken.

I woudn't send any updated version.
The job offer matters to CSQ, federal doesn't care.

Let's be patient and MR will come soon!
Let us know when you get yours.
NS is delaying so much this step lately. So annoying. :(
Got my AOR end of March but our dates are close.

Hello friends

I had received medical and RPRF request in February.
my medical was received by cic in march2016. However my rprf dd is returned due to incorrect amount. Then i had resubmitted dd with correct amount and it was encashed on 7 April2016(my visa office is new Delhi).

I have emailed visa office to get information about my application.
Today they replied me that your file is pending final review. At present no action is required on your part.

Any one please guide me what it means and how long it takes me to get PPR request. :) :)

If all you are doing is mailing it from Montreal, then this should be fine.
None of your actual documentation is changing. They do not care where the mail is coming from (only that it arrives).

Hi
I would like to open a new topic for those who have already got CSQ and sent application to Syndey NS from Inside Canada. We are experiencing the similar situations. Let us share stories.

About my time lines:
Catergory: Quebec Skilled Worker
CSQ received in September 2015
Federal stage application sent from Montreal on October 13, 2015 and was received by CIC syndey office on Octobre 16, 2015.
Application fee deducted from my Credit Card on Feb. 25, 2016.
This is the latest news.

Hope to receive the AOR soon and all will be fine in the following procedures.....

I really wouldn't worry at all quite yet. I applied in early November and only received AOR in early March. It takes around 3-4 months these days. If your CC got charged, it's a good sign that things are ok, but it doesn't mean you should receive AOR immediately after. Expect AOR within 2 months or so. I know this is an anxiety-filled process, but I'm sure things will be just fine.

This is not a problem.
Send the file without the PC, then send the PC in when you receive it. Should not slow down the process unless you wait until they send you an email asking for it.
