Qorax::: Seniors pls help on Prejune CAIPS- BFD - ECU

Dear CD ,

we are discussing on ECU - most of prejune application stuck at ECU with BFD of 120 days ( after IP with date ) .

Almost all of us (NDVO prejune with processing dates) who got our CAIPS have seen that our files and all updated information is forwarded to ECU and the lines mentioned exactly as:
ECU- PLS REQUEST THE FOLLOWING:
MED
PPT
RPRF

we will wait till 9th May 2012 .... may after 9th May - medicals start i.e the last hope
 
Well there are so many guesses being made so I can't refrain myself from guessing ;) & I thought of this full form couple of days back.

ECU > Emmigrant Communication Unit

A unit which is supposed to communicate us for further action :)

@ tilakk....just because I am a newbie, does not mean that I have no knowledge....I just made a conscious choice not to express until now. And many ppl express in large colourful fonts.....they were not critisized, although it was not relevant information.......and you chose to just tell me (?).....I am not seeking "Importance"......if so then u would have seen many of my such posts. am not judging u so pl dont judge me.

azazaz had a point in his comment.......and it has been proved now.....if nano, Mitali and yeswecandoit can analyse constructively then ALL OF U CAN DO IT TOO.....QORAX is knowledgeable......but he can be wrong too and not in sync with new "NEW INFORMATION"...whts the harm in admitting it instead to maintaining a cold silence?

May 9th will the BFD date so lets wait and see if something is updated.Here everyone is thinking about the cause of the delay .Everyone is welcomed to opine on this topic but please donot make personal comments on anyone.Just post about the topic discussed
 
The below information is for NDVO as most of the NDVO applicants got ECU in their caips. As per the Qorax master advisor, ECU is only Elimination of the applications.

DOES ESC SECTION IS FOR FINAL SURVIVAL CHANCE BEFORE ELIMINATION?

Unsuccessful ones go to CDA

I received my CAIPS report today. It says

PSDEC: 1 (Done on the same day that my In process changed to the date)
SELDEC: 1 (Done on the same day that my In process changed to the date)
Points awarded: Age:10, Experience:21, Education:25, Language:14, Adaptability:5
Total: 75
BFD date is 01-06-2012 (Exactly 4 months from the date of In process)
IO comments:
PA has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada. I am satisfied that the points awarded to the applicant adequately reflect the applicants ability to settle in Canada.
PROOF OF SETTLEMENT FUNDS - MUST BE RE-CONFIRMED (This is in upper case)

ECU Please request the following:
- updated proof of funds
- PPT's
- Meds
- RPRF

Though I have sent my RPRF along with the documents and I have a receipt of the same, still the IO is requesting the ECU to request for RPRF. Also, RPRF received is mentioned in the CAIPS report. Also they mentioned that they sent me a receipt for RPRF.

With inprocess dates, we are on track. I hope, nothing to worry about backlog etc. We will reach our goal soon.
