Public intoxication case and immigration

Hi,
I am living in USA now. I have been arrested for a couple of hrs for public intoxication (alcohol) and finger printed. it happened 2 yrs back. The case has been dismissed after I complete unsupervised probation for 3 months, and now it is in the process of expungment. It will be expunged completely from records in 1 month. But I think it is still in records for immigration purpose. now I m planning to apply for Canada PR. What are the chances of application being rejected for this case? If some one say it affects i may stop applying for Canada immigration.

Please advise.

No, it is not an offence that would bar you from Canada.

Any word on if this kept you out of Canada and obtaining a work visa?
