Hello all! Have a question regarding PTRD.
I've been issued PR on June 16, 2021, I am residing in Canada, and been living here as of May 2019.
I need to go to my home country, but the PR card hasn't been issued yet.
I am concerned as to the section in PTRD form regarding obligation of living in Canada. It asks to count the days since PR approval, in that case obviously I am not qualified, but overall I lived in Canada for more than 800 days now.
Any suggestions on how to fill in the form or on the way how to enter Canada with COPR are appreciated!

You can enter with your COPR if you are coming by land from the US. Otherwise you need a PRTD or valid PR card.

The residency obligation section doesn't apply to you since you have recently landed.

Thanks for reply.
So if I apply to PTRD does it mean that I need to skip the residency section completely? Should I explain the situation in the supporting document?
Also re entering Canada from US - I heard it's possible but didn't find any related info on gov.ca website

Just to confirm:

I'm leaving Canada soon and my PR expired earlier this year. I'm waiting over 5 months for the PR renewal and I meet the eligibility for a renewal.

If I fly into the US and cross the border by land into Canada, will my original COPR allow me to enter Canada with an expired PR card?
