PRTD-Waiting for 7 months in India

Hi,

Is there anyone waiting for long time now for Permanent Resident Travel Document(PRTD)? I applied on IRCC.COVIDPRTD-TVRPCOVID.IRCC and have been waiting for it in India from Feb 2021.

Is it happening for many people....any idea?

Any advise to get it sooner?

Hi, I have to apply for PRTD, could you Please let me know how I have to pay fees in India? VAC is not accepting PRTD application so I have to send application using email but I'm not sure how I should pay fees.
