We did a short landing and came back. We landed on 20th Sept 2016 and return on 08th Nov 2016. Now I wanted to travel in Jan 2017 for which I need PRTD. I need assistance on filling PRTD application form IMM5524E. Specifically Residency Obligation section 15, 16 and 17. Whether these questions needs to be answered or not.
