I need to send in a PRTD application for my wife and kids - I'm a Canadian citizen. Their PR cards expired and we renewed while in Canada in holiday, but the cards are being held by immigration in Calgary.
We have filled out all the paperwork. What a hassle - it's more than the PR card renewal required. Anyway, rather than pay the $70 fee to the VSF (as it's $70 x 3)? There are a lot of papers, but I think couriering directly to Mexico city might be cheaper.
I saw an electronic application as well but couldn't figure out how to make it work.
We fly to Canada mid-June.
