I did a one-year postgraduate certificate from Winnipeg, Manitoba then moves to Ottawa to get a law-related job or NOC O, A and B. Applied Postgraduate work permit. Is this right decision to apply for an express entry or should I go back to Winnipeg? If I apply express entry from Ottawa then how does it affect my PNP opportunity from Manitoba. Please help!
